General public is hereby informed that Draw of flats under Haryana Affordable Housing Policy 2013 of Affordable Group Housing Colony named “GLS Avenue 81” developed under License No. 34 of 2020 situated at Sector – 81, Gurugram, Haryana being developed by Ms GLS Infracon Pvt. Ltd. for 2291 applications received against 820 No’s of available flats will be held on 25.06.2021 at 2.00 PM at “The Pllazio Hotel”, Plot No. 292 — 296, Sector 29, Gurugram, Haryana -122001 with the help of live streaming / telecast of draw proceeding on YouTube live.
Due to ongoing situation of COVID-19 pandemic, restriction were imposed by Ministry of Home Affairs, over public gathering in order to prevent spreading of corona virus disease. As per Ministry of Homes Affairs / DGTCP Haryana Chandigarh guidelines draw shall be conducted with maximum strength of 50 persons including draw committee and staff at site, remaining applicant shall participate in draw online by streaming the draw on the Youtube live link below.
Also, in case if any applicant wants to check his/her name in the list he/she may contact the office of the Senior Town Planner, Sector-14, Gurugram (Hr), or the office of the Colonizer i.e. M/s. GLS Infracon Pvt. Ltd, Office at 707, 79′ Floor, JMD Pacific Square, Sector-15 Part-II, Gurugram (Hr) before draw of lots.
